Maden 101 Apart

“Maden 101” Apart is a family run business having 2 fully furnished apartments in 2000 square meters. We renovated our historical house “Maden 101” in 1994 and since then, we loved the island and started to be habitant of the island. “Maden 101” is one of the most beautiful and historical houses in Buyukada with its greek style architectural structure, its breathtaking sea and the island view, its huge garden with fruit trees and flowers, its swimming pool and its private wharf. It is located in 20 minutes far from the island center by walking, 10 minutes by horse drawn carriages. Private wharf is used to reach to the apartments by sea taxi. We are open all around the year with 2 fully furnished apartments
THE 101 HOUSE (2-5 PERSON) :It is in the pines with the birds warbles
This apartment has 2 BEDROOMS with 2 double size bed and wardrobes with private terrace ( the table, chairs and the swing). Quilts and pillows are provided (cleaning in every 3 days during your holiday). It has cozy living room with the sea view,its own open kitchen and own clean toilet. All the kitchen utensils are provided. (Fridge, oven, stove, kettle,pots and pans, plates and glasses),barbeque can be offered. --The rate is 100 Euro/night for 2 people. Each additional person is 25 Euro. One week for 2 people is 500 Euro/week, each additional person is 100 Euro. Rates include the breakfast.
THE CAPTAIN HOUSE (1-2 PERSON) : The studio apartment is among the pines and on the seaside having its own open kitchen and clean toilet with the comfortable convertible bed. All the kitchen utensils are provided. (Mini fridge, oven, stove, kettle,pots and pans, plates and glasses). It has its own terrace with the table and chairs and the inspiring sea view. For the winter session, there is the wood fireplace (Heater is provided as well).Quilts and pillows are provided (cleaning in every 3 days during your holiday) Barbeque can be offered. --The rate is 90 Euro/night, 450 Euro/week including the breakfast
ISLAND INFO :
The Princes’ islands are the special places where should be spent time when you are in Istanbul.
Buyukada (Prinkipo, Greek name) is the biggest island in Princes’ Island. It is seen as relaxation point for the guests because it is not far from the city (only 45 minutes) but it is totally different from it.
First, the transportation in the island is provided by horse drawn carriages and bicycles.
Secondly, it is easy to feel the history with nineteenth century wooden buildings that can seen all around the island.
In addition, pine forests are really important and unique for the guests to get all oxygen when trekking around the island.
Finally, Buyukada is one of few places in Istanbul for swimming in the sea.
